El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Cozy and well-designed apartment with private entrance next to Laugardalur

A bright and thoughtfully designed 35 m2 apartment with a private entrance, located next to Laugardalur Park – one of Reykjavík's most popular outdoor areas.

The apartment is compact, with one double bed (140 cm) and a shared living/sleeping area — a great fit for two people staying together, such as a couple. It's fully renovated and optimized for everyday living, with a smart layout, good storage, and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. There's also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used for occasional guests by prior arrangement.

We try to make it easy to arrive with just your suitcase — things like bed linen, towels, and a few basic kitchen and bathroom essentials are generally on hand. It's not a fully stocked household, so if you have specific needs or preferences, feel free to ask in advance or bring those along.

WiFi, electricity, and water are all included in the rent.

Within walking distance (8–10 minutes) you'll find a supermarket, and the area offers easy access to downtown Reykjavík, public transport, cafés, and outdoor activities.
