The house is located in district 104, short walking distance to bus stop. Frequent bus to the center, takes 15min to reach HÍ and HR.
The district is in green area, botanical garden, biggest (hidden) swimming pool and 3 gyms and stadium are in walking distance.
A little mall Glæsibær is 3 min walk away from the house. There located several restaurants, sports bar and 24h supermarket. Shopping point Holtagarðar is 15 min away, where also car rental, mini golf and liquor store are located.
