The apartment is located in one of Rio's most prestigious neighborhoods: JARDIM OCEÂNICO — just one block from the beach, three from the metro, and two from the vibrant Olegário Maciel street, which is home to all the neighborhood's shops and restaurants.

The space was thoughtfully and personally decorated by me, blending modern sophistication with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The property was thoughtfully designed to maximize space, openness, and seamless flow between rooms, while delivering practicality and efficiency in everyday living. One of the bedrooms is reversible — functioning as either a relaxing lounge, home office or a private second bedroom, fully enclosed with sliding doors, individual air conditioning, blackout curtains, and complete privacy, where a stylish daybed converts into a comfortable single bed.

The space is perfect for a couple with one child.

The main bedroom is spacious, with plenty of closet space fully available for guests. The apartment is very well equipped with all the household essentials needed for a long and comfortable stay.

Located in Jardim Oceânico — the most sought-after neighborhood in Barra da Tijuca — you'll be steps away from the best beaches, restaurants, and shops the area has to offer.

Highlights include a sun-drenched balcony with a suspended garden, complete with a dining table perfect for relaxing meals outdoors.
