HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The apartment also includes a full bathroom and an additional half bathroom for extra privacy. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in time begins at 15:00 and check out is required by 10:00. Our apartment is a strictly non smoking property and we do not allow pets. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 21:00 and 08:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. While free street parking is available in the neighborhood, please be mindful of local regulations. This property is equipped with a Minut smart home sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, and humidity to help us maintain a comfortable environment and comply with our no-party policy. The device does not record audio or video.
