It has a large living room with a dining area and a comfortable seating area. There is an LED TV with cable and Wi-Fi internet. The bedroom has enough closet space, suitable for a large wardrobe. There is a comfortable two-person bed of 160 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher.
Next to the living room is a beautiful small garden on the sunny side. The apartment has a huge 60m2 basement, which covers the same size as the ground floor of the apartment. Here, you can store enormous quantities of belongings. You can also find the washing machine and dryer here. All in all, it is a perfect apartment for a long or short stay.
The apartment includes a basement or souterrain. Please avoid placing items directly on the floor in this area. On rare occasions, the souterrain can become flooded due to heavy rainfall, potentially putting your belongings at risk of damage.
