El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

2 minutes by bike to the park
8 minutes walk to the nearest metro
8 minutes by bike to the city center
6 minite walk to the nearest supermarket (Plus)
15 minute by bike to the Rotterdam zoo

In the area you can find more than enough coffee shops and restaurants. Do you want to go out? The city center with clubs & bars are max. 10 minutes by bike, so you don’t need to keep the time of the last metro in mind.
Also there’s gyms and yoga studio’s within walking distance.

A furnished private bedroom
You will share the main entrance, a bathroom and kitchen with one more person. There’s a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Rental terms
• It is only possible to rent whole months
• The rent excludes gas, water, electricity and internet
• 1 month deposit of €800,- is required, refundable if the apartment is returned in the original state
• A rental agreement has to be signed upon arrival
• No smoking

What I need from you now before making the rental contract, is that you provide me with the following documentation
• Copy of ID
• Working contracts AND payment slips of the last three months.
If you are a student: proof of enrollment from the educational institution you are enrolled in and provide us with a guarantor statement (from a parent) that will cover the rent.
