I work in Tech Consulting, travel often for work or am in the office. My home has 3 rooms, and I rent out 2 rooms. The 2 rooms I am renting are on the other side of the master, with a bathroom, and living room, kitchen & a laundry room. Also have a washer, dryer, fully furnished and functional home with security cameras for extra safety. I have a lovely backyard for those who love to read and enjoy to sunset with tea after a long day at work. Happy to also rent the entire home semi-furnished, if you prefer that. Your new home awaits!
