Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Modernes Wohnen in einer denkmalgeschützten Altbauvilla von 1911. City- und Autobahnnah gelegen: Die Saarbrücker Innenstadt sowie Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat 50qm, wurde 2016 nach neuestem Standard renoviert und voll ausgestattet. Hinweis: Montagearbeiter nicht erwünscht!
Ausgestattet ist die voll möblierte Wohnung mit einer kompletten Küche (Nescafé Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine, Backofen/Mikrowelle, Kochfeld, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Pfannen/Töpfe, Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck) sowie TV, Musikanlage und Internet. Sie kann mit bis zu 2 Erwachsenen (Bett 1.80 x 2.00 Meter) und 1 Kleinkind (Babybett und Hochstuhl stehen bei Buchung bereit) belegt werden. WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen/-brett sind natürlich kostenlos nutzbar. Eine Basisausstattung an Reinigungsmaterialien (Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Waschmittel, Reiniger, Besen etc.) steht zur Verfügung. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen bereit und werden 1x wöchentlich gewechselt. Auf Wunsch und gegen Gebühr auch öfter.
Ansonsten zu beachten: Im selben Haus befindet sich noch eine weitere Wohnung: "Große Auster" mit 90qm und gleich hochwertiger Ausstattung.

The apartment has 50 sqm, was renovated in 2016 to the latest standard and fully equipped. Note: Installation worker not welcome!
Equipped is the fully furnished apartment with a complete kitchen (Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven/microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, water heater, Toaster, pans, pots, glasses, dishes and cutlery) as TV, stereo and Internet. The apartment can occupied up to two adults (bed 1.80 * 2.00 meter) and a small child ( baby bed and high chair are available at booking). Wireless Internet access, washer, dryer and iron/-board are of course free of charge. A basic equipment of cleaning stuff( dishwasher -tabs, landry detergent, broom etc.) is available. Fresh linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. Also more often by request and charge. Otherwise: In the same house there is another flat: “large Oyster” with 90 sqm and the same high-quality equipment.
