En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

THE HOME

Welcome to my 4000 sqft home in the upscale neighborhood of Stone Oak. It has a fireplace, two living spaces, and a loft. All bedrooms come with a queen bed, a memory foam mattress, a 55 inch flat screen TV, and a working desk with lamp. The loft has a couch, a coffee table, and a 70 inch flat screen TV. The second floor has its own AC/Heat controls with ceiling fans in all the rooms.

THE AMENITIES:

Amenities include: a chefs kitchen with custom cabinets, gas cooktop, and a microwave. All basic essentials for cooking, and sleeping are included in the rent price as well as utilities, wifi, and two central heat and air units. Washer and dryer are located inside the home. Also included is a nice relaxing patio with a large chimnea as well as a charcoal bbq grill. My home has a key box, and security cameras. Additionally, my gated subdivision boasts a pool, recreation center, basketball, and playground.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

With easy access to US 281, Loop 1604, Stone Oak is surrounded by the best entertainment and shopping in San Antonio. Besides its immediate perks (the acclaimed local medical community being one of the most notable) to the luxury scene on the Northside (The Shops at La Cantera, The Rim, The Village at Stone Oak) to the classic allure of Central San Antonio (Alamo Heights, The Quarry Market, Brackenridge, The Pearl) and the Downtown scene (the famous River Walk & The Alamo), Stone Oak acts as a centralized hub for San Antonio activity. My home is within 30 minutes of all the Army and Air Force bases located in San Antonio, as well as from Sea World and Fiesta Texas.

I know how it feels to be a traveler because I am a traveler myself. I am free spirited, easy going, educated, and a 20-yr navy vet. I have three children (in San Diego), and “Bruno”, my friendly English bulldog.
