El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

A modern two-bedroom apartment completely renovated located in the upper part of Santander, which you can access by escalators and elevator. Beautiful views and open parking within the community. The apartment is designed with a modern style, ideal for enjoying Santander within walking distance of the centre and with outdoor parking. All the amenities to make your stay pleasant.

Distributed in two bedrooms, one of them double with a bed of 150 and the other with two low beds of 80, with the possibility of putting them together and making a bed of 160. bathroom and living room kitchen dining room open concept. Terrace with beautiful views.

Parking in the community. Quiet building with an elevator between floors.

We are a company with extensive experience that will be available for any need or inquiry that may arise.

A few minutes from downtown. In addition to the option of parking in the community, there is the option of free parking on the street or public parking. Supermarkets and cafes are nearby.

Both by car or bus, the arrival is easy and we will explain how to do it.

The parking is communal and belongs to the community. There is no fixed place and the availability of it is subject to the occupancy at the time of arrival.
The rules of coexistence must be respected, as well as the schedule of night silence. Special care must be taken when moving around the community in order not to disturb the rest of the neighbours.

Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
