En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Its a nice neighborhood, close to a great park, public transportation, restaurants.

You'll have a private double room with comfortable double bed and linen, closet, living room, balcony, kitchen, Cable TV, fast internet WiFi. Also bathroom only for you that should be kept nice and clean.

I'm a young business executive and love to travel and exchange experiences with people from different. Love to go out either for parks or for a night out, so I know lots of the places in town so I can suggest you lots of things to do around. I also love to cook, so guests will be occasionally invited to join a nicely cooked dinner.

#Guest access & House Rules - no meals provided. Kitchen are available, with all appliances, to prepare your kick meals. Everything should be left tight and clean after using it.

- take short showers, turn off lights - Landry machine it's available from Monday through Friday. No laundry hanging over the weekend.

- Cleaning of your bedroom should be done by yourself once a week (cleaning products will be readily available). If it's cleaned once a week you'll be charged extra cleaning fee.

- It is STRICTLY FORBBIDEN TO RECEIVE VISITS. Your reservation will be automatically canceled under these circumstances.
