Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

I speak Portuguese, English, and Italian, so I am happy to welcome guests from different places and cultures, making the experience even richer and more interesting.

I am a present host when needed, always available to help, but I also greatly respect the privacy and space of each guest.
