1. You need to pay a signing deposit of $100 to book your room with the property.
2. This is non refundable.
Please note: If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay an additional deposit of 1 to 2 month's rent (this is refundable at the end of the term) or you can apply with LEAP GWP program which is an institutional guarantor.
The property does not offer any cooling-off period, all contracts are legal and binding.
If you want to terminate your contract prior to your scheduled contract end date, you will have to:
1. Provide the landlord with a written notice before 60 days of your scheduled departure date.
2. Pay the landlord a No cause termination fee.
1. Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance on the 1st of each month.
2. If rent is not paid by the 4th of each month you will be charged a late payment fee.
1. A guarantor is required for you to book your room with the property.
2. Your guarantor can be both international or US based.
3. If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay an additional deposit of 1 to 2 month's rent (this is refundable at the end of the term) or you can apply with LEAP GWP program which is an institutional guarantor.

- The $50 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment.
