The apartment is located in the Lisbon metropolitan area, on the left bank of the Tagus estuary. It is situated in the historic and peaceful town of Alhos Vedros, which offers a close connection to the Tagus River. The apartment is in a quiet building with a family-friendly atmosphere, in the most tranquil part of the town. It offers both centrality and accessibility, as Lisbon and Setúbal are just a 30-minute drive away.

The Space
The apartment comprises two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, while the other has a single bed and a fully equipped workspace with a desk, lamp, and chair. There is also a bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway, and two balconies (one of which is enclosed). The living room includes an additional workspace with a desk, lamp, and chair. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

Parking is easy and free in the vicinity of the apartment. It is located just 1 km from the train station (Sado Line: Barreiro - Setúbal) and 500 meters from bus stops to Lisbon or Barreiro. Additionally, there is a local bus that stops right at the building's entrance, providing service around the town of Alhos Vedros. Therefore, the apartment offers direct public transport connections to Lisbon, Setúbal, Barreiro, Montijo, Moita, and Pinhal Novo.

The apartment is 600 meters from the town center, where you can find all essential services: pharmacy, ATM, post office, cafés, supermarkets, gym, self-service laundry, florist, and various local shops. A supermarket is just 250 meters away.
