El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

It is a neighborhood full of life and with plenty of stores, supermarkets, bars, sports facilities, etc..
It is also a perfect area for those students studying at the Loyola University, a few meters away you will have a stop that will take you to the university.

2 Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.
3 Pay by bank transfer the amounts described in the rental contract. Normally these are: deposit + admin fee + surcharge (if any).
