Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The rental space stretches over 180 m2 including 2 last floors of a building located next to Vitosha boulevard and NDK, very central and easily accessible, yet quite (no lift).
2 metro lines and excellent transportation, lots of shops and cafes, restaurants and eateries, two large green parks next to National Palace of Culture. Modern design combined with some smart home features incl. Wi-Fi 5G all over the space, all areas fully air-conditioned.

The studio is equipped with king size bed with comfy mattress, sitting area, working area with lap top desk and study chair, as well as light wardrobe and sufficient storage area, AC, natural lighting and designer lamps.
Unique decoration of each studio and common areas includes some art master pieces, carefully selected from our large private collection.

Each of the two kitchens is fully equipped with everything needed for a normal everyday life, including but not limited to: entire cooking facilities incl electro oven, induction plate, microwave, fridge, cutlery, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, full set of plates, cups and glasses.
Free services: bed lining and covers plus towels are provided, mineral water, coffee and tea available at any time for all, weekly cleaning of the common parts.
