It has all of the necessary amenities included in the monthly rent cost (internet, common washing area, electricity, insurance). I studied at KTH and have experience living in shared accommodations with students across the globe. I am a single man, well-educated, and currently working. I am looking for someone with a stable income or a mature student for a contract of up to a year (extendible depending on how well it goes). You will have an exclusive room and common areas shared with me. Only you and I would live there no more crowd.

Location:
The location is top-notch, everything you want is here. There are 120 shops and restaurants having a wide range of shopping, food, service, experiences, and culture! Just in 200 meters of walking, you reach there.

Metro is just 200 meters away. You will be at Bromma in 12 mins, Fridhemsplan in 20 mins, and T-central under 30 mins right from your home. Many Swedish families live in neighbouring apartments and this place is safe and sound without any disturbances. Beaches and green areas are nearby, just 1-2 stations away from this place.

Who can accompany you:
- Just like renting any shared places within Sweden unexpected visits of guests are not allowed. But in this apparent, a planned visit can be accommodated on a need basis, it may have extra charges associated with it.

Rent & Tax:
You are free to use this address for tax purposes and avail Stockholm Städ preferential tax rates which are pretty low in Sweden as compared to the rest of the places like Sundbyberg, Barkerby, etc. I will keep all paperwork & taxes transparent and in white.
