Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This accommodation is reserved for people eligible for the mobility lease (When the lease begins, the tenant must be in one of the following situations: Professional training, Higher education, Apprenticeship contract, Internship, Voluntary commitment within the framework of a civic service, Professional transfer, or Temporary mission within the framework of the professional activity).
You will be asked to provide proof of this when you sign the lease, and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on arrival and departure.

In the Neustadt district, come and stay in the former Hôtel des Postes. Built in 1899, this emblematic monument of Strasbourg has been completely renovated in early 2023 to offer you all the necessary comfort in an unusual setting.

This apartment has generous and bright spaces with very high ceilings. The studio offers a bedroom/living area with a double bed, dining area and television. It is equipped with a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine) as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

You will be at 250m walking distance from the Gallia streetcar station (lines C, D and F) as well as from the République streetcar station (lines B, C, F and E).
Everything is easily accessible from these stations (train station, European Parliament, Palais des Musique et des Congrès etc).

You will be 3 minutes walking distance from the university library and the Théâtre National de Strasbourg (TNS) as well as 6 minutes from the university or the Opéra National du Rhin.
