En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This stylish and modern furnished, light-flooded and fully equipped 1.5 room apartment with high ceilings and oak parquet flooring is located on the garden floor of a two-family house built in 1908 on the Haigst, one of the best residential areas of Stuttgart. Via a separate entrance you enter a cozy, 11m² large eat-in kitchen with 2.70m ceiling height, solid oak bar counter and small dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to it is the 22m² living/bedroom with double bed, workstation, sofa and TV. The modern daylight bathroom has a generously sized shower. On the covered terrace outside the apartment is a seating area, which is available exclusively for your use. Enjoy your morning coffee here in the sun and with birdsong. On the street there are always enough parking spaces available. You are welcome to park your bike on the terrace or in the hallway. You have access to your own washing machine room with new washer-dryer. The apartment is ready for immediate occupancy and intended for single use. The stated rent includes all utilities and a high-speed internet connection. For an additional fee you can order a cleaning and/or laundry service.
