En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The fully furnished and equipped, sunny 2-room apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet and well-maintained apartment building in a quiet residential area in Stuttgart East in close proximity to the forest.

Located very close to the MHP Arena Football Stadium/ Daimler Benz Headquarters / Neckarpark / Schleyer Halle / PORSCHE Arena

The layout of the apartment is as follows:
- Spacious living and dining area with an L-shaped couch, a sideboard, a flat screen TV and a dining table with 4 chairs.
- The bedroom has a French bed (1.40x2.00m), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
- The fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven is fully equipped.
- The bathroom with natural light has a shower, sink and toilet.

Shared use of the garden is possible by arrangement. Garden furniture is available by arrangement.

The washing machine for your own use is located in a separate laundry room in the basement. A cellar room belonging to the apartment offers additional storage space (e.g. for bicycles). All additional costs are already included in the stated rent. Parking is usually available in front of the house. No additional parking fees required!

From the apartment you have a great view over the Neckar Valley and the Daimler Stadium all the way to the grave chapel and the vineyards on the Rotenberg.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest with many leisure and sports opportunities: e.g. biking, running, walking. Swimming pool (Leo-Vetter-Bad) 10 minutes away.

Subway connection within walking distance. Travel time to the main station is approx. 15 minutes by public transport or 8-10 minutes by car/scooter. CarNow / Car Sharing Zone (200m).

Since 2025, a paid parking permit must be obtained from the Stuttgart city administration.
