To secure a room, a fee of A$600 is due which comprises of the A$240 application fee, a A$150 departure clean fee, and a A$210 security deposit.

Initial/Cooling-Off Period - There is no cooling-off period for this property. However, if you cancel more than 28 days before your contract commences, a certain amount of the cancellation fee will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded.
