This is an affluent and cozy property in Sydney that is well-suited for people who want to shift in with friends or make new ones. This property is an 18-bedroom non-ensuite accommodation. The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.
Please note: If you cancel the booking within 7 days, the cancellation charges will be 1 week’s rent & beyond that it will be 2 week’s rent.
1. Once you sign the tenancy, you lose the right to cancel the booking.
2. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement.
3. You can replace yourself under the same terms as your agreement without interruption (this has no penalty or break fee); OR
a. Pay a break fee of 4 weeks if less than 25 percent of the agreement has expired; OR
b. Pay a break fee of 3 weeks if 25 per cent or more but less than 50 per cent of the agreement has expired; OR
c. Pay a break fee of 2 weeks if 50 per cent or more but less than 75 percent of the agreement has expired; OR
d. Pay a break fee of 1 week if 75 per cent or more of the agreement has expired.
You need to pay 2 week’s advance rent before moving in to secure your room with the property.
Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.
You do not need a guarantor to book a room with the property.
