CANCELLATION and MODIFICATION. Non-refundable rates: When a booking has been made with a non-refundable rate, as a Guest, you have no right to receive your money back: If you cancel, change, or do not show up, the full booking amount will be charged. Flexible rate: Can be canceled free of charge until fourteen (14) days prior arrival. In case of cancellation fourteen (14) days or less prior to arrival, value of first ninety (90) nights will be charged. Changes to the booking can be made, for the minimum stay period of ninety (90) days, in fourteen (14) days’ notice. If you wish to cancel your booking within your free cancelation period, you can use the guest portal. To modify your booking, please contact our Tampere team at reservations.tampere@unity-living.com and provide the name of the person with whom the booking was made for and the booking reference number. To amend your booking, after initial minimum stay, an admin fee of EUR 50 will be charged. If the funds for the booking have not reached us fourteen (14) days prior to arrival the reservation will be cancelled.
