We are in the San Donato area which is well-located for transport and all amenities. We have a wonderful mix of people in the house, and we strive to make it feel like home
The deposit of €400 is fully refundable on completion of the contract. There is also a €200 fee to arrange contract and the taxes. For stays of 6 months or more, the total monthly cost is €650. Stays of less than 6 months, the monthly cost is €700 all inclusive.
