Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The apartment allows you to easily reach the Polytechnic University of Turin on foot; it is located inside a building on the ground floor, in the Cenisia district and is made up of: 4 single rooms of generous size, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living area.
The remaining rooms in the apartment are occupied by: 3 male students.
The apartment is convenient to supermarkets and pharmacies easily reachable on foot. Numerous bus and tram lines near the apartment which allow you to reach the city centre.

The room consists of a French bed, wardrobe, desk, comfort chair, bookcase, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, 40" Smart TV.

Booking Rules:
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a contract to sign. Once signed, it will be necessary to pay a security deposit and an entry fee, both equal to €500. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered void.
The six month termination notice means that if you wish to terminate your tenancy, you must give notice six months in advance of the actual date of termination of your tenancy. This extended notice period gives both the landlord and tenant ample time to plan and organize the smooth transition. This provision is usually included in rental agreements to ensure adequate management of any contractual changes or renewals.
