- Verificar tu identidad en la plataforma es opcional, pero aumenta tus posibilidades de que te acepten.
El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Descripción del apartamento

Available from 1 November 2026 until 31 January 2027: my fully furnished 54 m2 apartment in Utrecht, while I'm travelling for three months.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is in Tolsteeg / Rotsoord in Utrecht, just south of the city centre.
2 min walk: small shopping center with two supermarkets (Plus & Lidl)
2 min walk: Rotsoord, with cafés and restaurants along the water
Small park directly next to the street, bigger park at 10 min walk
7 min walk: Vaartsche Rijn train station
10 min bike: Utrecht Central Station
5 min bike: city centre

The space
54 m2, 4th floor, no elevator
Main bedroom with a double bed
Second bedroom set up as a guest room and workspace, with a desk
Living room with couch, dining table, and a lot of books (Dutch/English)
Kitchen with oven, air-fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge
Bathroom with shower

Everything you need is already here: furniture, kitchen equipment, bedding and towels. You can arrive with a suitcase and start living.

Parking
Parking on the street in front of the door is paid, and there is no residents' permit included with the apartment. I do have visitor parking discount hours available, which I'm happy to share with you for guests or occasional use.

Price
€1,650 per month, including gas, water, electricity and internet. This is cost-covering rather than profit: it reflects my own monthly housing costs plus energy based on my average usage. At the end of the stay we settle the energy costs against actual usage, so if you use less than I do, you get money back.
Deposit: one month of rent
Contract: We'll sign a written rental agreement before the start of the stay, covering the dates, price, deposit and arrangements. The contract is for this fixed period only, because I'm returning to live here myself on 1 February 2027, so the end date is firm.

Who I'm looking for
Someone who will enjoy living here in this quiet and central neighbourhood and take good care of the place, including watering my plants :). I'll leave a short guide with everything you need to know about the apartment and the neighbourhood. Registration at the address: not possible. Couples: yes. Pets: no.
