Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

It has heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year. The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop), as well as kitchen utensils and tableware. Additionally, there is a living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and a dining area.

The location is unbeatable; Goya Street is well-connected by public transport, with several bus stops and metro stations nearby. You will also have a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and all the necessary services within a few minutes' walk. The area is safe and quiet, perfect for comfortable living.
