Spectacular and big apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood as Patraix, close to the downtown, and very well connected by metro. This 130m2 apartment is renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 5 bright bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The kitchen area are fully equiped with all the commodities, and also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI.
The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 5 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach.
EXPENSES:
All expenses are included (electricity, gas, water, internet). We cover electricity and gas bill up to 25€ per person and month in total, and 10€ per person and month of water. It means if there is a month that the bill comes higher than our coverage, the tenant must pay the difference. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.
BED LINEN:
For an hygienic reason, we don't provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel.
CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them, and it has a cost of 35€.
The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
