El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Double bedroom in spectacular and big apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood next to the downtown, and very well connected by metro with Universities and Beach. This 170m2 apartment have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 7 bright bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully equiped with all the commodities. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI.

EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Gas: 15€/month
-Electricity: 25€/month
If any month the consumption is more, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.

CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.

BED LINEN:
For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover.

CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them.
The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.

The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach:
