We offer rooms in both shared and private living space:
SHARED: 2 furnished rooms on our upper floor with private washroom (for homestays only). Common space on main floor shared with host.
PRIVATE: 2 rooms in a newly renovated and spacious 1000SF private suite on our lower level. Suite incl. fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining, living, in-suite laundry, private entry. Designed with modern & high end fixtures, furniture & appliances.
Included in all homestay bookings:
- bed, nightstand, fresh linens
- desk, lamp, chair
- closet w/organizer & dresser/drawers
- Wifi
- bathrooms w/modern finishes & fixtures (tub/shower or both)
- weekly laundry service (upper floor guests only)
- meals (contact landlord for plans and pricing)
- longer term bookings (2+ months) require a signed rental agreement & $500 fully refundable deposit, *partial payment plan at landlords discretion.
ABOUT THE HOST: We are a young couple, currently with no children, but a small and friendly fur baby, Pearl. We have been hosting students for 6 years and enjoy the company, cultures, and relationships we make and maintain even beyond the stay! We are active, working professionals, with flexible schedules.
Small room w/queen bed in private 1000SF suite w/fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking, dining, living, laundry, etc. Modern, new and clean w/brand new bed, mattress, cozy vegan duvet, granite, stainless appliances, faux wood floor & more.
