Surrounded by local amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and gyms, the apartment caters to various lifestyle needs. The building, equipped with sound-proof windows, maintains a quiet ambiance despite its proximity to main streets, Metro, trams, and buses.
