One place / 1 bed for a girl in a shared sunny room with 2 beds (the room is for 2 girls). You can also rent this whole room for yourself - please contact me if you are interested to get the price.

This room is in a well maintained, quiet and clean girls-only apartment with 4 rooms. The remaining 3 rooms are single rooms, so maximum 4-5 people may live in that flat. Right now only girls live in the remaining 3 single rooms of that flat and that is why we invite girls also to this room.

The room is equipped with two beds, two desks, two chairs, two wardrobes, and two sets of shelves - the room is prepared for two people. The building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond in the back, 3-4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. All rooms in this apartment, including this room, have a garden view (our tenants like to spend time in our garden). The apartment is clean and fully furnished. Tenants of this flat may use a huge bathroom with a laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), and shower, + there is an additional shower room + additional toilet.

Kitchen is fully fitted, modern, with necessary appliances (oven, microwave, cooker, kettle, dishes, pots, frying pan, plates, cutlery, glasses). Each room is bright and sunny, each has its individual entrance, and it is lockable. There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep. There is a fast internet in the apartment included in rent.

Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, safety, cleanliness and warmness.

Prime location: Warsaw Upper Mokotów (Górny Mokotów), near Metro Wilanowska, Puławska street, and Aleja Niepodleglosci street, close to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów, and the Mokotow business area wittily called Mordor. Only 3-4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 10 minutes by Metro to Warsaw’s center. Excellent public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with universities, including Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (4 metro stations ), University of Warsaw / Warsaw University (30 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro), Kozminski University (direct tram No 18).
