Private Room for a girl in girls-only 2-bedroom Apartment near Metro Wilanowska. You will have only one flatmate. The apartment is located near Metro Wilanowska (subway station) in Warsaw. This room, perfect for a single occupant, offers a comfortable living space with a girl as your only neighbor in the second room.

The apartment is meticulously clean and consists of two separate, lockable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Although not spacious, it is thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Both rooms are lockable to ensure privacy, and the apartment is exclusively for two people. If a girl rents the first room, the preference is to invite another girl to the second room. Currently, the other room is occupied by a very nice girl, fostering a harmonious living environment.

All windows are soundproof , creating a serene atmosphere despite the convenient proximity to Warsaw's main street and various public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, all within 1-5 minutes' walk from the room.

Fast internet is provided in the building . The building, situated in Upper Mokotów, one of the best and safest locations in Warsaw, is excellently communicated and just minutes away from the city center.

Several parks nearby host weekly events like the Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) every Sunday between Spring and Autumn.

Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a peaceful and clean home.
We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
