Really bright apartmemt for holidays or business, this modern newly renovated and furnished apartment inspired with modern amenities and in central location in the middle of Vienna.

The apartment with a garden view and 2 separately walkable rooms is just a 5 minutes walk away from the Metro station “Johnstrasse”, this station leads the Metro line U3 and also offers the opportunity to other excellent public transport connections. The tram 10 and 52 and the bus line 10A are 7 minutes away from the apartment. The following locations are reachable in 10-15 minutes with public transport : Mariahilfer Straße (largest shopping street in Vienna,) Wiener Stadthalle (attractive events venue), Lugner City (shopping center), Vienna's main library. The famous sights Schönbrunn palace with its imperial parks and zoo, Technical Museum, Meiselmarkt (historical vegetable-, fruit market and shopping center) are reachable within a short walk.
Supermarkets, fitness center, bars, restaurants, hairdresser are within spitting distance.

The elegant studio apartment is suitable for 2 adults. The apartment impresses with a cosy bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer. Iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are also available.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size double bed and a wardrobe.

The living room is furnished with a cosy couch (with additional bed-function), flat-screen TV, Internet (wireless) and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a gas stove and oven, fridge (freezing combination), coffee machine and all essential table-/kitchen utensils. The table is ideal for having breakfast.

The bathroom is equipped with a washstand, mirror, a spacious shower and a toilet. Further the bathroom is furnished with a washing machine and a hair dryer. Towels are provided.
