Important information
Please note that accommodation in Austrian student residences is regulated under the Austrian Student Housing Act (StudHG). Therefore, the monthly payment is a usage fee, not rent, and the contract is a usage or guest agreement in accordance with §1.2 Austrian Tenancy Law (MRG).
Minimum stay: 1 full calendar month
Contracts always start on the 1st of the month

Friday: 10:00–13:00
