The apartment is on the 3rd floor oft he building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates.
The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.
The shared flat (4 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people.

We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for parties, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want.
