En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The 34m² apartment has been furnished to a high standard with everything your heart desires: cozy living area (which can accommodate a 3rd guest if needed), smart TV, comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine at your disposal.
In addition, a walk-in closet has also been installed with the custom-made mezzanine, rounding out this downtown gem.

The bathroom has been freshly renovated and equipped with a wellness shower, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing start to the day.
