En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

At this Oak Park gem there is no shortage of quiet, peacefulness, but the cities' bright lights, good food, and lively energy are just minutes away. Close interstate access makes getting to anywhere in metro Detroit very quick.

This listing is for the Garden Suite which is more than 600 sq ft including your own private lounge with full couch & 50" TV, full bathroom, a workspace with table and chairs, large closet, blackout curtains, fridge, Mr. Coffee machine, and the most comfortable KING bed. An emergency escape window allows light to fill the bedroom while the double curtains offer filtered or blackout options. The attached private bathroom is the largest in the house and has a full bath with granite vanity.

The ceiling is short - it is a Michigan style. Across the space it is 6'4 but dips to 5'5" where there are vents.

The garden suite is on the same level as the laundry room (so you might see host and others there) and the utility room (furnace, water heater, etc). Sound proofing throughout the house dims the sound of people walking above, doors shutting, and other noises, but is not perfect. Due to the noise potential, this space is not recommended for light sleepers (though earplugs are available on the nightstand).

This space is not ideal for warm climate guests in the winter (my other listing on the main floor is more suitable, please see it for availability) as it is cool all year long. While most of the space is set up for guests, several items for the room are stored in the closet.

Available for 7 days to 25 day stays; longer stays available for people temporarily in the area for work.
