Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The Maison Am Eckbusch is located in the quiet residential area of Eckbusch, in the northwest of Wuppertal’s Uellendahl-Katernberg district, close to the Bayer Research and Development Center on Aprather Weg. Designed as a true “house within the house,” it offers privacy, comfort, and a refined living experience.

Set away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the apartment is surrounded by undeveloped nature, creating a peaceful retreat while still offering excellent accessibility. Here, you can enjoy calm, space, and the comfort of a luxurious apartment that will quickly feel like home.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and uncompromisingly executed with high-quality materials by an established Düsseldorf interior designer. A passion for harmonious architecture and contemporary interiors defines the concept. At the Maison Am Eckbusch, timeless elegance meets subtle extravagance, resulting in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The main living area opens directly onto a spacious balcony and features a combined work and dining area, a comfortable chill-out zone with a high-quality sofa, and a generous bed with a 5-star box-spring mattress. Ample storage space is provided by multiple wardrobes. A Samsung Smart TV with Netflix included, a BOSE sound system, and smart-home controls for heating ensure modern comfort. The interior is thoughtfully designed with high-quality, custom-made furniture. Bed linen, clothes hangers, and high-speed WiFi are, of course, available.

The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, and oven. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, and all common kitchen utensils are neatly stored in the cupboards and drawers.

For your daily routine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a stylish SMEG kettle, and a SMEG toaster are provided.

The storage room contains a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, drying rack, and a starter cleaning set. A washer-dryer is conveniently located in the hallway of the apartment.
