Qué necesitarás

Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The flat is ideal for stays by business travellers or families/groups of friends.

This beautiful and freshly renovated flat on the third floor (top floor) of a Wilhelminian style building, located in a quiet avenue, is characterised by its upscale interior design.

The property includes a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a cosy living room with a workspace.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a large dining area for four to five people leads into the living room and bathroom. From the window you have a beautiful view over the neighbourhood.

The bedroom, which is accessed from the living room, is modern and invitingly furnished. The window faces the quiet avenue and offers a view of the large trees and the Art Nouveau houses opposite. There are two single beds (each 100x200 cm), which can be comfortably placed either together as a large double bed or separately. The room can be darkened with curtains.

The cosy living room (also fitted with blackout curtains) has a large sofa, which is a sofa bed with a very comfortable reclining surface of 160x200 cm, and an armchair, providing ample seating for all residents. Entertainment is provided by the large smart flat-screen TV with streaming functions (YouTube, Netflix etc. are already pre-installed so that you only need to log in with your account). There is also a desk available.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and shelves. There is also a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap.
