En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The flat is ideal for stays by business travellers or families/groups of friends. This beautiful and freshly renovated flat on the third floor (top floor) of a Wilhelminian style building, located in a quiet avenue, is characterised by its upscale interior design. The property includes a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a cosy living room with a dining area for four to five people. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leads into the living room and bathroom. From the window you have a beautiful view over the neighbourhood. The bedroom, which is accessed from the living room, is modern and invitingly furnished. The window faces the quiet avenue and offers a view of the large trees and the Art Nouveau houses opposite. There is a double bed (160x200 cm). The room can be darkened with curtains. There is also a desk available. The cosy living room (also fitted with blackout curtains) has a large sofa, which is a sofa bed with a very comfortable reclining surface of 140x200 cm. Entertainment is provided by the large smart flat-screen TV with streaming functions (YouTube, Netflix etc. are already pre-installed so that you only need to log in with your account). The bathroom has a showe/tub, toilet, washbasin, mirrors and shelves. There is also a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap.
