Large bathroom with sink, toilet and a cave like shower, electric heater, design inspired by Tower hall of Gondor and your very own Gargoyle providing protection at all times :)
The hallway consists of a hand built library in gothic style, with a decorative fireplace, couple of baroque framed mirrors, venttian masks and the portaphone.

Apartment is located in the mere center of town so all the amenities, shops, transport, city attractions are within 0-300m walk, car is not a necessity when living here but if you have one you can easily find free parking on street in which the house is located.
There is a bakery just across the street, 2 restaurants just around the corner, grocery shops within 2 min walking...
