En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Effective August 15, 2026 (or by agreement), we are subletting our furnished 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor in prime Zurich Seefeld, until December 31, 2026.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers approx. 60 m² of living space with a balcony and parcial view to the lake and lots of natural light. It has everything needed for a temporary home in Zurich and only a few steps away from the lake.
