PRICING IN THE CASE OF A SHORTER RENTAL:

9 - 10 months +10% of basic price

6 – 8 months +20% of basic price

4 – 5 months +30% of basic price

2 – 3 months +40% of basic price

1 month +50% of basic price

*BASIC PRICE is the total rental price from headline + bills

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Rooms:

- 350 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and wastes as Other Additional required costs ) + 120 PLN for wifi

- Optional cost for additional person of 200 PLN monthly.

Studios & Apartments:

-700 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and wastes as Other Additional required costs ) + 120 PLN for Wifi.

- Optional cost for additional person of 200 PLN monthly.
