Fully furnished rooms with spacious and comfortable bed, desk, mirror and a three-door wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, microwaves and bread toaster. Within a 6 minutes walk there's a laundrette.
Many shops, restaurants and services in the surrounding area. Need bedding and towels? We've got you covered. For a one-time fee of 55 paid on arrival, you'll receive a full bedding and towel set: a duvet, pillow, two full changes of bed linen bottom sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover, bath mat, two hand towels and two bath towels. Just return everything at the end of your stay. Monthly cleaning of shared area included in price. The water and electricity bills are included up to the amount of 40€ per person/room (if this amount is exceeded, the value is paid by the tenants, divided among the three rooms). To ensure a peaceful and respectful living environment, there's a house policy with simple rules that everyone is expected to follow.
