Payment Schedule:
We will take a prepayment of $100 upon booking confirmation, prepayment is taken from your total and the remaining balance will be charged to you 7 days before your arrival. If the reservation is within 7 days before arrival we will charge your reservation full.

Additional Fee:
*NOTE THAT There will be a 8.5% of Admin fee added to your reservation that will be collected by the Host.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per 5 days stay. Restrictions apply.
