This bright and quiet apartment is located in a well-kept residential building in Berlin-Spandau, just a short walk from the historic old town. The bus stop "Kurze Straße / Mittelstraße" (line 134) is almost at your doorstep. Spandau train station (with ICE, S-Bahn, and regional trains) is 15 minutes away on foot or 9 minutes by bus. From there, you can reach central Berlin (e.g., Potsdamer Platz) in about 30 minutes.
There are no parking restrictions in the area! Free and unlimited street parking is usually easy to find right outside.
