The cost for a shared bed in a double room is 340 euros per month, all-inclusive (electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, elevator, waste disposal tax, etc.). A two-month security deposit is required.

Booking conditions:

1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement.

2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc.

3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment.
