The apartments are mixed (male and female) There is a one-off fee including: - full insurance coverage (with civil liability of the tenant)
- regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract
- final cleaning and whitewashing
- sanitation
- an Apartment Manager at your disposal that you can call for any need during your stay
- all the bureaucratic formalities and registration
this 450 € fee will be asked to cover all these things
