The rental duration is not set in stone; we can certainly discuss the rental period, but it should be at least 4-5 months. Maybe this is an ideal opportunity to have a place to stay first and then take your time looking for something more permanent :)
The apartment is about 90 m², divided into a very large living room, a spacious study, a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment will be rented fully furnished and with complete kitchen equipment. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) are already included in the costs. The apartment is on the raised ground floor (Hochparterre) and has a balcony, as well as a small green area in front of the building. There is also a private cellar.
The apartment is only partially suitable as a shared flat; two people could share it, but the furnishing is more geared towards a couple or a single person.
